Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. As soon as yours ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or message us with your order number and we'll send it over.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we also ship to Canada and the UK. Your country's customs office may charge import tax or duties when the parcel arrives. These are set by your government, not by us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package
Check with neighbours and around your door or mailbox, and give it 24 hours, since carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered a little early. Still missing? Message us with your order number and we'll help.
What is Shipping Protection?
It's an optional $2.98 add-on you can switch on in your cart. If your order is ever lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we reship it at no cost. Shipping is free either way.

How does the guarantee work?
Use Mystic Tallow every night. If you're not happy with your results within 60 days, message us with your order number and we'll refund 100% of what you paid.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

How do I use it?
Every evening, take a rice-grain-sized amount on your ring finger and gently pat it along the under-eye area, from the inner corner outward, keeping clear of the lash line. Let it melt in for a minute before bed or makeup.
How long does one jar last?
About a month of nightly use.
How soon will I see results?
Your under-eyes can feel softer and more nourished from the first application. Improvements in dryness and texture may become noticeable with consistent use over the following weeks. Stubborn hereditary dark circles can have several causes, so visible improvement in darkness varies.
Will it turn my skin blue?
No blue finish when used as directed. The balm gets its color from methylene blue, but a small amount is designed to blend into your skin without leaving a noticeable tint.
Is it safe for sensitive or pigment-prone skin?
It has no added fragrance or water and is made for delicate, mature skin, including brown skin prone to uneven pigmentation. Since irritation can worsen dark spots, we recommend a patch test before applying it around your eyes.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every order is a one-time purchase. You'll never be charged again unless you place a new order.
